3. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

3.4. Comply with Lithuanian and EU legislation.
3.5. Provide necessary product information and warranty service.
3.6. Ensure secure processing of Buyer data.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. Orders are submitted through the online store system.
4.2. The order becomes final after payment.
4.3. Payments may be made via Paysera, bank transfer, or other available methods.
5. Delivery Conditions & Regions
5.1. Goods are delivered to the following regions:
- Lithuania
- All European Union countries
- United Kingdom (UK)
5.2. Deliveries are not made to EU-sanctioned countries:
Russia, Belarus, and other restricted destinations.
5.3. Delivery time:
Lithuania: 1–7 business days
EU: 3–14 business days
UK: 5–21 business days
5.4. Delivery charges depend on the destination, size and weight.

6. Return Policy
6.1. Goods may be returned within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
6.2. Goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and complete.
6.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer (except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery).
6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and after receiving a written request.
7. Warranty
7.1. All goods include a 24-month warranty.
7.2. Warranty does not apply if the product was misused, repaired without permission, improperly transported or installed, or used with inappropriate materials.
7.3. If a technician identifies a non-warranty issue, travel costs must be covered by the Buyer.
8. Liability
8.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or Buyer-related issues.

RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty period: 24 months from invoice date.
